All UK orders are sent via Hermes or Royal Mail.

Free Standard Delivery - On all orders (3-5 working days).
Express Delivery - £5 (1-2 working days).


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an unwanted order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receiving it, providing it is new, unused and in the original packaging. You’ll need to pay for all postage costs sending the item back to us. We’ll issue you a full refund for the amount you originally paid on placing the order. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. If this is the case then we will reimburse up to £3.10 in return postage costs.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days of receiving it. Do not open your product if there are any damages. If you contact us after 14 days of receiving your order - this voids the right to return your order for a refund. For the quickest resolution, we require digital photos of the fault within the item sent via email. We can then authorise a replacement or refund for the damaged item. As long as you notify us beforehand, we will cover the return postage costs. 

If a product has been mis-used, abused or deliberately damaged, then we will not accept any returns, nor issue replacement or refunds. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us straight away. If we have not yet dispatched your item/s, we will happily cancel your order, issue you a full refund and return your items back to stock. 
Unfortunately, if your item has already been dispatched we cannot cancel your order. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Please refer to our returns policy.

Important Information

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed for, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please include in your parcel whether you want an exchange/refund. If you do not include a cover note with the return, we will be unable to identify it as yours. We will hold any unidentified item returns for 1 week before disposing or returning to stock.
